4. Click & Collect

Ricco Gourmet Foods operates on a Click & Collect basis. You will receive confirmation when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring proof of purchase when collecting your items. Orders should be collected within the advised timeframe.

9. Returns & Exchanges


At Ricco Gourmet Foods, we take care to ensure all products meet our quality standards. As many items are perishable or specialty foods, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Should you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of collection at Rotorua@ricco.co.nz or 07 346 0081, and we will gladly arrange a suitable replacement or refund.
